“Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.” – Revelation 11:17
- We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty! In this month of giving, give finances but also give thanks!
- In all thy giving, give thanks to God Almighty!
- Thanksgiving is a major activity of heaven. As we enter the last week of November, let us give thanks to God for all He is to us and all He has done for us. Indeed, if we think well, we would thank well.
- “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18
- Thanksgiving keeps us operating within God’s will for our lives.
- “And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.” – John 6:11
- Thanksgiving will keep us in the realm where all our needs are met with God’s abundance.
- “And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.” – Luke 22:19
- Thanksgiving will help us go through the greatest challenges of life and come out victorious! At the last supper Jesus knew his betrayal, suffering death and burial was approaching, yet He gave thanks! He saw beyond the death and burial into the resurrection and enthronement and gave thanks!
- Thanksgiving helps us to see and receive the victory ahead.
- No wonder the Apostle Paul always gave thanks. Eph1:16, Col 1:3, 1Thess 1:2.
- In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
