THE ONE FOR ME

I once asked the Holy Ghost, “Who’s the one for me?” I went with a long list of what I thought the “supposed one” should have But His reply was, “Master my equations of oneness. ”

Equation (1): 1 Single person = Oneness in Him

Equation (2): 1 (single person) * 1 (single person) = 1 (And two shall be One)

God’s intention for establishing relationships is to create oneness. He wants to mold people who are comfortable with being “single” because only single people can truly become one with Him. A single person by God’s standard is someone who has found their purpose and is actively fulfilling it. Furthermore, it’s after finding “this purpose” that partnership through unity of purpose becomes clear. Let’s imagine a chef (let’s call him Sam), who’s obsessed with resuscitating a diabetic patient. Such a chef would only confuse the doctor. But imagine that Sam recognizes his duty (purpose) and does it when the patient is referred. At that point, there’s unity (oneness in purpose). Sam and the doctor want one thing – wellness. So, Bro Sam, I know you desire to find the one for you, but have you found your purpose, and are you doing the “one thing” God has told you to do, or are you doing other people’s jobs or chasing the wrong ladies?

Doc Jane, if only you would focus on being “single,” then you would find the One for you inside that “singleness.” You’ll discover that your purpose and his purpose will become one. In the process of doing your duty, you’ll find a Sam fulfilling his own, and your two shall become one. You’ll find the One for you.

Oh, and as for my list, God crossed out all but those 2 I shared.

The One For Me.
