Cluster Support Program

2024 Cluster Levite Volunteer form

This is a volunteer form for the CLUSTER SUPPORT PROGRAM formerly tagged CLUSTER LEADERS TRAINING PROGRAM.

The Cluster Support Program is an expanded initiative created to provide support to CMDA Nigeria-Students through the act of discipleship and equipping leaders, and as well help leaders in the development of their work plans as they drive the vision of the house.

The three arms of engagement include:
1. Logo Exploration/Instruments of Service
2. School Leaders Training 
3. The Starting Strong Program.

There are three areas of focus, of which you are allowed to choose one or more suitable for you.

1. LOGO EXPLORATION: This comprises of a series of discussions that highlight the significance of the components of the CMDA Nigeria Logo and other instruments of service, which are emblems communicating deep truths regarding the life and practice of the Christian medic.
It involves exposition on the vision using the Logo Exploration Book by facilitating discussions amongst students.

2. SCHOOL LEADERS TRAINING: This serves to equip School  Executives  with an adequate knowledge of CMDA Nigeria, its structure and vision; an understanding of the tenets of Christian Leadership, and their roles in shepherding, administration, engagements, and convoking, to the end that school leaders lead the house effectively towards the vision.
It also involves helping school leaders in developing their work plans and their program and financial reports.

3. STARTING STRONG : this program is a timely engagement to introduce and  emphasize fundamental truths to intending graduates and inductees just before leaving medical school and early in their practice respectively. It is targeted at Final Year medical students, House officers, and NYSC members.

In the Cluster Support Program, members are addressed as CLUSTER LEVITES and Volunteers are allowed to commit to one or more of the above arms.
